Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each item is uniquely made to order, and therefore, we cannot restock or resell items that are returned to us.
Reprint Policy:
In cases where a reprint is confirmed, we will reproduce your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible. The original item need not be returned to us unless specifically requested.
Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations can only be accepted if the production process has not begun. Since our products are custom-made, we cannot halt or cancel the order once production has commenced.
