Q. What is a Giclee Print?
A. Fine art printing is also known as archival pigment printing or giclee printing. It is the process of inkjet printing on fine art papers to produce archival, quality prints; thus ensuring longevity.
Q. Return Policy?
A. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within five business days of receiving your order. We request that you provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with any relevant photographs. This will help us understand your concerns and take appropriate action.
Quality Concerns: If your dissatisfaction is due to a defect in quality or damage during shipping, we will offer a reprint of the item at no additional cost. Our team will validate the claim of a quality issue and require photographic evidence of the issue.
No Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each item is uniquely made to order, and therefore, we cannot restock or resell items that are returned to us.Reprint Policy: In cases where a reprint is confirmed, we will reproduce your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible. The original item need not be returned to us unless specifically requested.
Cancellation Policy: Order cancellations can only be accepted if the production process has not begun. Since our products are custom-made, we cannot halt or cancel the order once production has commenced .
Q. What is the difference between giclee and standard print?
A. A giclee is a fine art print created by using a specialized high resolution inkjet printer. Yes, a giclee is in
fact an "art print" but giclee prints stand apart with their extremely high level of quality, longevity and
value compared to a standard print.
